Dr. Foos provides comprehensive care for women across all stages of life, with specialties in high risk obstetrics, menopause, minimally invasive fibroid surgery and robotic surgery. She is passionate about empowering women through personalized care that supports both their physical and emotional well-being.

• Grew up in an active-duty Army family, and lived in Panama, Washington, Virginia and New Jersey.
• Earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry with a minor in Spanish from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA
• Graduated medical school at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
• Completed her OBGYN residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, WA.
• Served 8 years in the US Army Medical Corps achieving rank of Major.
• Loves spending time with her husband and 2 children.
• She enjoys hiking slowly, pickleball, biking, gardening, reading and musical theater.
• Proud mom of fur babies Finnegan (a goofy Black Lab mix) and two spoiled rescue cats, Bellatrix and Beetelgeuse.
