Our nursing staff includes many RN’s who have experience as labor and delivery nurses and are very comfortable answering your questions. Patients are welcome to call during office hours to speak to a nurse whenever they have a question. A physician addresses any medical questions that the nurses are unable to answer, and all after hours calls are sent directly to the on call physician. Our on call physician is always immediately available on the labor and delivery suite at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, so there is never any delay of physician care.

We have a friendly business office able to help patients with their insurance claims and pre-approval as a part of our office staff. Our claims are processed on site, and not sent elsewhere as in some other offices, so you may always discuss with a person within our office any questions that you may have about your insurance coverage or payment.

If you have any questions or concerns not answerable by our medical staff or physicians, our Practice Administrator, is always happy to assist you and answer your questions.
